গরীবে নেওয়াজ উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় ১৯৮০ সালে। এই বিদ্যালয় থেকে এসএসসি উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে যাঁরা দেশে-বিদেশে ছড়িয়ে পড়েছেন, তাঁদের এক সুতোয় গাঁথার উদ্দেশ্যেই ২০২২ সালে গঠিত হয় AGES।Goribe Newaz High School was founded in 1980. AGES was formed in 2022 to hold together everyone who passed SSC from this school and then scattered, at home and abroad.
সংগঠনের কাজ কেবল পুনর্মিলনীতে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়, শিক্ষাবৃত্তি, কল্যাণ তহবিল, বিদ্যালয়ের উন্নয়ন এবং প্রাক্তনদের পারস্পরিক পেশাগত সহযোগিতা আমাদের মূল কার্যক্রম।The work goes well beyond reunions: scholarships, a welfare fund, school development, and professional support between alumni are all central to it.

ধারা ১Article 1নাম ও কার্যক্ষেত্রName and scope
সংগঠনের নাম হইবে “গরীবে নেওয়াজ উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় প্রাক্তন শিক্ষার্থী সংগঠন (AGES)”।The association shall be named the Association of GNHS Ex-Students (AGES).
ধারা ২Article 2সদস্যপদMembership
বিদ্যালয় হইতে এসএসসি উত্তীর্ণ যেকোনো প্রাক্তন শিক্ষার্থী সদস্য হইতে পারিবেন।Any former student who passed SSC from the school may become a member.
ধারা ৩Article 3সদস্য চাঁদাMembership dues
সাধারণ সদস্যের বার্ষিক চাঁদা ও আজীবন সদস্যের এককালীন চাঁদা কমিটি কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত হইবে।Annual and life membership rates shall be set by the committee.
ধারা ৪Article 4কার্যনির্বাহী কমিটিExecutive committee
কমিটির মেয়াদ হইবে দুই বৎসর, সাধারণ সদস্যদের প্রত্যক্ষ ভোটে নির্বাচিত।The committee serves a two year term, elected by direct member vote.
ধারা ৫Article 5সাধারণ সভাGeneral meeting
প্রতি বৎসর অন্তত একবার বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (AGM) অনুষ্ঠিত হইবে।An annual general meeting shall be held at least once each year.
ধারা ৬Article 6আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপনাFinancial management
সকল আয়-ব্যয়ের হিসাব সংরক্ষিত ও বার্ষিক সভায় উপস্থাপিত হইবে।All income and expenditure shall be recorded and presented at the AGM.
